Delibo Kft was founded in order to make your life more rich.
You can do the shopping personally in our office, or you can make an order in this website too, then our courier will deliver the product to you at selected the time.
You can also call our customer center, if you would like to make an order!
The service works NON-STOP, 24 hours, 7 days.
We would like to give some help below about using our sites, and inform you about the delivery.

You can find the forum of Delibo.eu here, where you can make a comment or read comments about our website, our products. You are able to make a comment, if you are logged in as a registered costumer and your nickname is filled in. |

If you would like to make an order at the first time, you have to register first. Our registred costumers will get our newsletters as default, but you can turn off this at the bottom of our newsletter. |

If you would like to use our webshop first time, you have to register before you send your order.
With clicking the register button you can fill in your personal details: e-mail address, password at first.
Our system will send an activation code by e-mail, in which you can find information about activate your registration. We need this step in order to avoid tricky registrations, or wrong e-mail addresses. You have 5 days to activate your account. After you activated your registration following the link you got in the email, or typing the security code into our website, then you are able to log in and send an order.
From now you can log in any time with this e-mail address and password. It is usefull to finish your registration by filling other details about you.
That details are called "profiles", from which you can have as many as you want. With one profile you can store one delivery and one billing name and address, and more 2 phone numbers. So you can use your registration to send orders to different addresses using your different profiles.
Any of your detais can be changed too (e-mail address, password, profiles). (If you modify your e-mail address, our system will do the activation process again.)

The products you can order are changing continuosly, some products are not provided anymore, and we have also many new products all the time. The product are devided into main groups, and within groups are separated by categories. You can view the gorups and categories on our "products" or on the "search" page. If you click one group or category, then you navigate inside that, and you can see the sub-categories on the following page or if there is no more sub-category you can see the products. You can navigate back using our category-menu on the left side, or you can click the "product" button, so you will be redirected to the main product page, from where you can start your group/category navigation again.
If you would like to buy a product, so you can fill the amount you would like to buy in the field beside the price, then you have to click the "into basket" button. If you have something in your basket, you can see it on the top right side.
You can order the products collected in your basket, but you can also save it, and you can send order next time! If you would like to save you basket, click on the "save basket" button (you can see this button only if you are logged in)!
It is good to buy more products at the same time, because we give you 5%, if the total price if your order acceeds 40 EUR, 7.5% after 80 EUR, and 10% bonuspoint after 150 EUR, and that bonus-points can used in our webshop at any time of your next order! (1 point = 1 EUR, which can be used only for buying products, so you can not use it for delivery and you can not get it as money)
You can use the "Extra order" field to request some product you didn't find in our webshop! You can use this option only with roundtrip delivery type. If you use it, we try to find the requested product(s) for you, and we send the price by e-mail. If you accept the price, we deliver the product with our next roundtrip.

You can reach the checkout page in to ways: you can directly click on the "checkout" button (top) or you press the "basket" button first, check your basket, and then you click "send order" button. In both cases you are delivered to the checkout page, where you are able to send your order.
You can find the products on the top. Below you have to set the delivery and payment types. You can give us a comment too, for example if your address is difficult to find, or we have to use intercom to reach your room.
You can use the "Extra order" field to request some product you didn't find in our webshop! You can use this option only with roundtrip delivery type. If you use it, we try to find the requested product(s) for you, and we send the price by e-mail. If you accept the price, we deliver the product with our next roundtrip.
In the next section you can find your personal details, what you set up at the registration. Before you send your order, you can select the profile, what you would like to use at this order. But if you would like to set up a new profile, so you don't need to go back to your profile page, you can add new profile here.
If you finished to set up your order details, please click on the "check details" button.
If our system don't find any error, then on the next page you can click the "send order" button. Please check all details again, and after that click this button. You will get an email about your order details. This details contains the order ID, which you have to refer, if you contact our costumer center in connection with your order.
Replace order: you are able to replace your order before we process it (status: "received"). You can add or remove products, change delivery or payment methods, delivery address.

EMS (international) - 15 EUR
The delivery and packaging is FREE for you if your order total is over 65 EUR. Special promotion to Hungary, Slovakia and Romania: The delivery and packaging is only 4 EUR if you order a delivery into these countries and you can pay to the courier after you received the pachage.

You can pay for the products in 2 different ways:
1. by credit card, when you send your order 2. money transfer via bank, after you sent your order.
If you pay by credit card, and your order total is less than you payed (for example some of product were unavailable), then our courier will pay back the difference to you by cash or we can transfer the money back via bank. You can read more about credit card payment here: info
If you transfer money via bank, please refer your e-mail address or order ID with a comment, in other case we can not process your order.
